I've been to several other PT clinics. Everyone pales in comparison to this one! From the minute you walk in the door to when you leave, you feel cared for professionally, medically and personally. Their PT staff is the best. I will never go anywhere else!

Such thoughtful, kind, consistently effective therapists! Great location with committed staff.

I appreciated the professionalism alongside a personal approach.
I feel like they listen to me, push me to be better, but also hear me when I am hurting.
They even took the time to teach me stretches and exercises I could do to stay pain free while traveling.

I'm almost done with my therapy because I'm feeling so much better. But if I find myself injured in the future. I'll push to get referred to them.

Also, Sam at the front desk makes it easy and is so friendly while checking you in or scheduling.
A kind face to greet you when you are in pain is priceless.

I'm taking the time to write a review for RET Physical Therapy because of the extreme professionalism of the team. I am a 30+ year firefighter and unfortunately need two total knee replacements. My first knee replacement was July 2024. The physical therapy place I chose was the RET close to Good Sam Hospital in Puyallup and I'm fortunate/glad I did. I did therapy for over 6 months here. There was never a doubt that the end result was going to be successful strength conditioning and ultimately recovery from surgery. The team I mostly worked with here is Matthew, Destini, Tristan, Cade, J.T. With this kind of team each workout (therapy) day was unique in an amazing way. Each person bringing their own expertise into what ultimately was my knee recovering as well as medically possibly. It was hard work, but the drive encouraged by the team definitely paid off. I'll be back in a little over a month to start the process again on my other knee and feel more confident now because I know the RET team is ready. Thank you RET, I'm ready to train my other knee and get back to living life again.
