My two daughters and I have been treated at Eastside PT. Richard Barnes is an excellent Pt who is very knowledgeable and experienced. He explains the issues and treatment procedures so the patient can understand well and be encouraged to work to recover by him/herself. He is such a fun person too making each PT session passes by quickly. Henry Vuong also treated my shoulder with a great care and instructed me some very useful home exercises. He made sure that I am doing the exercises right and corrects me in an encouraging manner. Jeanette McKim treated my older daughter while my daughter was visiting here, and she recovered in two weeks! I do not want to get injured again, but I feel comfortable knowing that I can rely on them in case of another injury in the future. So yes, I highly recommend Eastside Physical Therapy in Redmond.

I really can’t say enough good things about this office. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I’ve been seeing Dr. Barnes for a few months now after a finger amputation. I’m almost at 6 months now, and Ive been out of work, as I use my hands so much for my job. After seeing Dr. Barnes I not only feel confident that I can go back to work, but I also feel as though I have the correct home PT and understanding that I can continue to heal on my own. His scar tissue mobilization and help with phantom pain have been so valuable to me. His whole team is amazing as well. Everyone here is so welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. They always make time and space for me at the office even with their busy schedule. I’m amazed at just how much improvement I’ve seen in my hand, and I equate most of that to Dr. Barnes and his team. They really listen to each person’s needs, progress and worries. Because of this, I feel like I get the most out of every session and I see improvement every time I set foot inside. Thank you so so much.

I had a full knee replacement. I honestly didn't know what to expect with PT. To my surprise, the staff was gracious and patient with me. The facility was clean, well lit and spacious. Vance and the other therapist did ask me if I was experiencing any pain or discomfit.
I highly recommend them should you ever need PT.

I love this place. Erin Kinneen, the clinic director, is one of my favorite people I’ve come across in the medical profession. Within minutes of being at her practice I felt calm and at ease due to the way she was speaking to her patients. Her kind, caring demeanor puts me at ease even though I come in there with pain. She and the staff seem to really care and I am not just a number. I highly recommend RET Redmond

I've had a fantastic experience with RET Redmond and plan to return for future PT needs postpartum.

The PTs are excellent and focus on my personal recovery. Erin has incredible knowledge of the field and is a great teacher to others in the office and brings her own new learning as well. Reina has been amazing in her focused approach to my round ligament pain taking it from severe to almost non-existent. Jhanci is very kind and has a lot of knowledge around how to bring the PT practice into everyday life, providing the patient with a set of tools that they can take with them anywhere. Jessica is a great addition as well and, while new to PT, has a great feel for the intuitive aspects of PT such as how much pressure to apply during manual therapy sessions. I feel very supported and comfortable with the work they do. Additionally, I've had a great experience with all the assistants: Katie, Evan and Amber are patient, caring and really take the time to help and monitor progress. They are constantly learning from the PTs and focused on improving their service while providing a comfortable, supportive environment for the patients. I love how each of their personalities shines through their work so I get to know them better and time goes on, it makes for a very inviting and warm environment.

Above all, this team is truly a family and you feel that positivity each time you come in. Even at busy times, the whole office is having fun and leaning into challenges. I look forward to coming here and have found the service very helpful overall.

Finally, I will say that each PT has their own style. They work cohesively, but they are still true to the methods that work best for them. If you find that one style doesn't work for you, I highly recommend trying another in the same office. I actually prefer working with all of them and jumping around a bit because I find each PT has a true gift in what they do offer.

I would definitely recommend this place to folks looking for care.
