Physical Therapist AssistantSarah was born and raised in Bellingham, WA then went to Pacific Lutheran University for 4 years to graduate with a Bachelors in Kinesiology. She completed her schooling at Whatcom Community College with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2022. Sarah has a strong interest in athletic rehabilitation since she played soccer at the collegiate level, basketball through high school and grew up skiing at Mt. Baker. Sarah still loves playing soccer every week and spending time with her dogs!

Doctor of Physical TherapyNatalie was born and raised in Moscow, ID and fell in love with the PNW when she attended Western Washington University for her undergraduate degree. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. Following graduation, she returned to the Bellingham area to join RET. Natalie enjoys treating a variety of injuries and conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and sports injuries, and is looking to gain experience with vestibular treatment. Outside the clinic, Natalie enjoys running, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé and their dog.

Doctor of Physical TherapyCorey is an orthopedic physical therapist and is jazzed to be a part of RET physical therapy. They take pride in being a generalist and is happy to treat anyone who comes through the front door – such as orthopedic conditions like back pain, shoulder, neck, etc. They also treat balance and dizziness, younger adults with injuries from sports, older adults with joint pain, and TMJ. Corey earned their bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Washington University and their Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan-Flint. After they graduated, they practiced PT in the triangle area in NC and earned a specialization in dry needling. They’re eager to continue practicing dry needling with RET which only recently became available for physical therapists in WA state.
In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with their spouse, their 3-year-old boy, Maryn. They love to get out of the house and go rock climbing, weightlifting, frisbee golfing, and hiking.

Clinic Director, Doctor of Physical TherapyRyan completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Regis University in Denver, Colorado and his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western Washington University.
Ryan treats with a holistic approach and understands that the mind and body are connected when it comes to rehabilitation. He encourages an open dialogue, which allows every patient to have a treatment plan that is individually tailored to their needs. He excels at teaching patients about what drives their pain and how to address those factors to expedite their recovery. He is helping to pioneer the dry needling movement in Washington state and enjoys incorporating this skill into his practice.
In his spare time, Ryan can be found in the gym lifting weights, exploring nature, or watching the Seattle Sounders soccer team.

Doctor of Physical TherapyShikha is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong background in movement and recovery. Holding a Bachelor of Physical Therapy from RGUHS, India, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, she is currently deepening their expertise in an Orthopedic residency. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, playing pickleball, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. With a balanced approach to life and therapy, she is committed to helping others achieve their best physical health.

Doctor of Physical TherapyBlake grew up in the southern Puget Sound area. Prior to attending grad school, he worked as a snowboard instructor at mountain resorts in Washington, Oregon, and California. Blake’s goal is to accommodate each patient’s individual needs and keep motivation high by implementing patient specific goals within their plan of care. He strives to provide patients with the lasting knowledge and tools to remain active and healthy long after finishing physical therapy.
During his free time, Blake enjoys snowboarding at resorts and in the backcountry, skateboarding, playing music, mountain-biking, hiking, kayaking, and running.

Having many injuries growing up as well as 15 years in industrial fabrication, Ryan has a unique understanding of the body, offering a personalized massage that incorporates how the body operates and its mechanical abilities and limitations. He is excited to be in an environment where he can help people recover from injuries and collaborate with the physical therapists who are leading their rehabilitation.
Ryan is able to treat patients following motor vehicle accidents and work injuries.

Clinic Director, Doctor of Physical TherapyCesar earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Carolina and received his undergraduate degree from Towson University in Baltimore County, MD.
Cesar grew up in Rockville, MD located just outside of the nation’s capital. He found his way up to the PNW through travel physical therapy and has enjoyed what Washington state has to offer. As a physical therapist, his priority is to empower patients to become the best versions of themselves through strengthening both the mind and body. He is eager to address your concerns, answer your questions, and guide you to the tools to maximize your recovery. He is also a Spanish speaker with both parents born in Santiago, Chile.
Outside of the clinic, Cesar spends his time staying active in the gym, hiking the outdoors with his soon to be wife and tripod dog, cooking delicious dinners, and he is an avid motorcycle rider who takes on both the street and closed-circuit tracks.

Clinic Director, Doctor of Physical TherapyJoey was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and completed both his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Creighton University. After graduation, he returned home to Hawaii to practice physical therapy. He then became a travel physical therapist and practiced in Arizona and Washington State. He fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and decided to settle down in Washington.
Throughout his clinical experiences, Joey has treated various patient populations, including musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehab, and neurological conditions. Joey strives to get his patients back to doing the activities they love to do and providing the tools necessary to help them move and feel their best.
In his free time, Joey enjoys powerlifting, fishing, painting, hiking, and photography.

Licensed Massage TherapistKarissa graduated from massage school in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 2010 and recently returned to the Northwest where she was born to be closer to family. Karissa has special training in oncology massage and Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique. Karissa believes in adapting her work to each client’s particular needs and supporting the body’s own healing process.
When she is not in the clinic, Karissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering in the community, hiking, camping, and gardening.

Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical SpecialistNatalee is a Physical Therapist at the Arlington RET clinic. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Sacramento State University in 2019. She recently completed an orthopedic residency program to further improve her knowledge and skills in treating patients with various orthopedic diagnoses.
Natalee grew up in the pacific northwest playing softball which sparked her interest in the career of Physical Therapy after going through several of her own injuries. Nowadays, Natalee enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her husband and dog, exploring new breweries, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. Natalee is excited to join the RET team to help patients return to activities they enjoy.

Doctor of Physical TherapyLaura completed her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St Augustine in San Diego in 2009. In 2012 she finished an orthopedic residency and in 2013 accomplished an orthopedic clinical specialist credential. She has been practicing physical therapy since 2010 in both outpatient orthopedic settings as well as in home health.
Laura’s approach to treatment includes active listening to understand what a patient’s specific goals are and to come up with a plan that drives active participation and team work to make positive changes toward reaching those goals.
Growing up in southern California gave Laura an appreciation for sandy beaches and a love of Disneyland. While she misses those greatly, being here in the PNW she has learned to enjoy the more rocky side of a coastline and plans out frequent trips to keep the Disney addiction alive and well. She married a local Kirkland man and can often be seen out and about in the neighborhood with their great dane Groot.

He has experience working in a variety of settings and populations including skilled nursing facilities and pediatrics. He is passionate about helping individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their greatest level of independence and health utilizing exercise and fascial treatment techniques including Strain-counterstrain. In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing video games and spending time with his bride and beautiful daughter.

Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand TherapistRobert completed his Bachelor of Health Science & Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio. He has exclusively worked in hand therapy since early 2017 & has earned the exclusive Certified Hand Therapist qualification in 2019, as well as Certified Lymphedema Therapist certification in 2020.
He worked in an outpatient hand therapy private practice setting in Ohio for 5+ years before starting travel therapy, which he has done for the past 3 years. This has taken him to Raleigh NC, San Diego CA, Seattle WA, Salem OR where he has worked with sports medicine physicians, physician associates, general orthopedic surgeons as well as fellowship trained hand surgeons. He has learned various skills & techniques from providers, hand therapy teams from across the country, healthcare leaders and medical practices. He has brought these advanced techniques with him to provide excellent patient centered care at RET Therapy in Woodinville, WA.
Roberts approach to treatment is a combination of manual techniques, functional activity, targeted exercise, patient education on current painful conditions, tissue healing timelines, & condition related anatomy. He takes a collaborative, team approach to address concerns related to patients’ quality of life, and creates goals to return them to their previous level of function prior to injury.
Outside of improving patients’ outcomes and quality of life, Robert enjoys salmon & fly fishing, hiking, backpacking, home improvement projects, skiing & enjoying the outdoors with his wife.

Licensed in India, New York, and Washington, Aneri has the expertise to work with clients from various backgrounds, offering tailored treatment to meet individual needs. Her approach is personalized and holistic—combining hands-on treatments with the latest evidence-based practices to help you heal, strengthen, and regain mobility.
She is passionate about using her skills, including her certification in Myofascial Release, to target deep tissue restrictions and relieve pain. Her approach prioritizes achieving patient goals through targeted exercises, manual techniques, and empowering education. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or aiming to improve performance, she is here to guide you toward lasting wellness. She loves to work together to get you back to doing what you love!
When she is off the clock, you can usually find her outside, either hiking through scenic trails or hitting the pickleball court. She also loves spending time with her friends and family, whether that means a cozy movie night or trying out new cuisines at local restaurants.

Physical Therapist AssistantJack is a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) passionate about motivating patients through personalized treatment planning and helping them achieve their goals. He has experience across the lifespan, with a particular passion for working with young children, while also enjoying treating individuals in later stages of life. His approach emphasizes skilled interventions delivered with effectiveness, compassion, and care.
He graduated from Whatcom College and completed pre-requisites at Bellevue College. During his studies, he worked at an athletic club hosting youth and adult recreational sports programs. His clinical experience includes volunteering as a patient aid at Skagit Valley Hospital, gaining valuable hands-on experience. He also has a background in outpatient sports performance and has worked with children in outpatient neuro-pediatrics.
Jack is local to Snoqualmie Valley, where he grew up, and is now an important member of the RET team, providing physical therapy services to his community. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, playing guitar, and cheering for his favorite sports teams.
