I worked with Isha at RET Physical Therapy. She is an outstanding, knowledgeable, caring, and patient physical therapist. She's a great motivator and a good listener who individualizes each session so they don't get repetitive and boring. I asked a lot of questions, and she was able to provide insight and helpful information about my condition.

When my doctor told me I had a shoulder impingement, he said I needed physical therapy. I decided to try Mercer Island Physical Therapy because of the great reviews I've read. Also, I found out my brother in law a while back had gone here and really liked it. Laura has been great, explaining all the things she has been doing working with me, Luke is also very helpful with my treatments. The whole staff makes you feel very welcome. They are very good about wiping down the equipment after each use and all wear masks. I feel safe coming here. If you ever need PT this is the best place to get it!

From pleasantly efficient contact at reception through each effective therapy session, everyone on staff helps me feel better each time I come in for treatment. In particular, Elli Ostrand has been a big help in assessing and tailoring my care based on what shape I'm in at the moment while always keeping me pointed toward my healing goals.

This was my second experience with Mercer Island PT, which was equally as successful as my first. The facility is spotless. Checking in at the desk was quick, thorough and complete. The therapists, particularly Ellie, are very knowledgeable, well trained, and most effective. After about five visits my injured hamstring was completely healed. Thank you MIPT

Doug Free is very personable and knowledgeable. After rotator cuff surgery and 7 weeks of range of motion (ROM) exercises provided by the surgeon, Doug loosened my shoulder and gave me additional exercises that provided more ROM freedom in the first visit. My son is a trainer and he highly recommended Doug. I’m glad he did.

The Best physical therapy centre

After a total knee replacement, MI Physical Therapy has been incredibly helpful with my recovery. Each visit I’ve been able to work on new exercises and already I can tell that PT is making a difference. I highly recommend them!

RET Physical Therapy & Healthcare Specialists on Mercer Island is the best physical therapy clinic I have ever experienced. First, it is well staffed with the friendliest therapists and reception staff. The equipment is top notch and everything is clean. The new video conference check-in process takes seconds and is again so personal. I could name all the staff with glowing reviews. All professional but more important, they really care! Thankful the owner Doug has the incredible insight on hiring the right personnel. But a personal highlight was starting and continuing my therapy with Dr. Isha Sheth. She has the most amazing insights in producing a plan for my recovery and her encouragement and suggestions have accelerated my recovery big time. She is so communicative and helpful, I think I hit the jackpot having her at RET Physical Therapy- Mercer Island, WA.
Finally, a shout out to Tanner Osborn, front desk. His positive attitude and friendly greeting always sets the tone for a great session. Kim is also a very talented long time PT staff member. She is amazing and she always greets me even if I don’t have her that day.
In conclusion, if you need any type of physical therapy, I highly recommend RET Mercer Island as your first choice.

I have had issues with knee pain and frozen shoulder, the team at RET always responded with a treatment plan that allowed me to get back on the right path. In addition, they are super friendly and easy to talk about any issue. I would give them an excellant rating for physical therapy and recomend them highly!

Worked with Dr. Tanner Dalgardno to recover from a shoulder injury. It took me only 6 visits to get back to playing tennis at my highest level. Tanner is a very methodical PT who patiently answers all questions, and has a really fun work vibe. The rest of the staff including Shikha and Jacob were really good to work with as well. Highly recommend to everyone!

They're great at understanding and assessing your problem which is super critical with issues that need PT treatment. A shout-out to Tanner Delgardno (therapist) for effective and personable treatment, and their super helpful reception staff!
