I received a referral from my primary care physician for physical therapy for my neck. The clinic is well lit and spacious. Skyler, the PT, took time to evaluate my situation and provided exercises which were easy to replicate at home. Ive had no problem scheduling subsequent appointments for treatment and found the staff there to be energetic and friendly. I highly recommend this office

Giving Ret pt and skyler as well as the rest of the staff the the highest level possible. Due to motorcycle accidents involving a compound fracture to my ankle that require surgery as well as rotator cuff surgery I have been see Sklyer of and on for over a year.
First I give praise is out any business I have to deal with the level of customer service is by far the best. The are personable while at the same time remaining a highly profesional. when in,there a well oiled machine when you walk in you it a very calm and welcoming space.
As for Skyler he is the best. Very knowledgeable in in pt and he knows what will work be to get the best recovery he is also,very upfront and honest and reliable .

I had a shoulder injury a few months back. Got a referral from my PCP and start visiting here with Sharon Akoto PT. DPT. They are patient and professional. Treated my shoulder pain and now I am back to the gym like before. Got some exercises/stretches that I can do on my own to avoid future injury

Sharon was a great therapist for my recovery from a broken shoulder. My range of motion is greatly improved and she was always a pleasure to see. Physical therapy is challenging but I looked forward to my time with Sharon every week.

I have had an amazing experience working Jamie Mengert to cure my wrist tendonitis! Jamie is knowledgeable, curious, and kind. She does a great job of helping me decipher what kind of pain is caused by my condition vs. me over thinking without being condescending or dismissive. She is also very easy to talk to, I always leave my appointments in a better mood (which I can't say is my usual experience with healthcare.) Although I found out RET has another location much closer to my house, I've chosen to continue at the 5th Ave location because it's worth the drive to have Jamie as my OT.
