Danica Wren PT, DPT
Clinic Director, Doctor of Physical TherapyDanica earned her B.S. degree at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale Florida where she also was an athlete on the Women’s Rowing team, earning both NCAA Sunshine State All-Conference Athlete and NSU’s Driven Woman Award for her insatiable work ethic and dedication to her team, her craft, and her education.
In between undergraduate and graduate school, Danica began her RET PT journey working as a PT technician in Marysville. She later worked in a hospital setting as a Rehab Aide and other outpatient physical therapy companies as both a Physical Therapy Technician and Front Office Coordinator.
Danica returned to Nova Southeastern University to earn her DPT in 2022 where she was also heavily involved in leadership roles such as NSU’s Pan-Student Government Association, Student Physical Therapy Association, and hosting the Florida Physical Therapy Association Student Conclave in February of 2024.
Danica’s journey through the vast world of physical therapy has given her a well-rounded perspective on patient treatment. Danica has a deep sense of compassion and enjoys building relationships with her patients while helping them along their healing journey. When not in the clinic, you can often find her enjoying the outdoors of the PNW with her husband and dog, trying out a new skill or hobby, or working on her family’s farm.

Physical Therapy AssistantMani graduated with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Whatcom Community College, and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western Washington University. She has experience with a wide range of orthopedics with a special interest in knee and shoulder treatment, post-operative rehabilitation, and is certified in the Graston Technique. Mani enjoys traveling the world, trying new foods, reading (mostly sci-fi/fantasy), trivia, and spending time with her family and fiancé. She loves to stay active, especially by running and dancing.

Karissa has special training in oncology massage and Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique. Karissa believes in adapting her work to each client’s particular needs and supporting the body’s own healing process.
When she is not in the clinic, Karissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering in the community, hiking, camping, and gardening.

Massage TherapistChelsea is a Puget Sound native, and completed massage training at the Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts in West Seattle in 2012. Her practice focuses on rehabilitative care, primarily utilizing deep tissue, myofascial release, and targeted work on specific areas. However she believes that successful massage is a collaborative process between the provider and patient, and values communication and working dynamically to tailor each session to meet patients’ needs at the time of each session.
When Chelsea isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys taking care of senior rescue dogs, cooking, and running or hiking in our beautiful Pacific Northwest forests!
