Laura Clemmons PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Laura Clemmons PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical TherapyLaura completed her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St Augustine in San Diego in 2009. In 2012 she finished an orthopedic residency and in 2013 accomplished an orthopedic clinical specialist credential. She has been practicing physical therapy since 2010 in both outpatient orthopedic settings as well as in home health.
Laura’s approach to treatment includes active listening to understand what a patient’s specific goals are and to come up with a plan that drives active participation and team work to make positive changes toward reaching those goals.
Growing up in southern California gave Laura an appreciation for sandy beaches and a love of Disneyland. While she misses those greatly, being here in the PNW she has learned to enjoy the more rocky side of a coastline and plans out frequent trips to keep the Disney addiction alive and well. She married a local Kirkland man and can often be seen out and about in the neighborhood with their great dane Groot.
Haley Holborn MDA, RDN
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Haley Holborn MDA, RDN
Registered Dietitian NutritionistHaley earned her Master of Dietetics Administration from Utah State University following the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University. She completed her dietetic internship encompassing more than 1,000 hours in various nutrition-focused settings including clinical outpatient, clinical inpatient, school food service, and community nutrition. She concluded her formal nutrition education by developing and implementing a nutrition program for firefighters at a station in San Diego.
Haley became passionate about nutrition through her experience with weight training, as she began a personal exploration into nutrition to help her achieve her physical goals. Learning more about nutrition helped her identify the importance of nutrition outside of weight training, as nutrition knowledge can help lead to overall health and wellness. She has since dedicated her career to sharing this knowledge with individuals to empower them to have more control over their health.
Weight training remains a vital part of Haley’s life outside of her career. She also enjoys playing pickleball, going camping, reading, and listening to a good podcast while she walks. Her favorite snack combination is sweet and salty with popcorn and an apple, alternating bites.
