Meet the Team
Tanner Dalgardno PT, DPT
Clinic Director, Doctor of Physical Therapy
Tanner Dalgardno PT, DPT
Clinic Director, Doctor of Physical TherapyI earned my undergraduate degree from Seattle Pacific University in 2016 and completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Franklin Pierce University in Goodyear, Arizona in 2022. I have a strong interest in sports rehabilitation and return-to-sport injuries, as well as extensive experience helping people manage and overcome desk-related low back pain.
I chose physical therapy because I love helping people problem-solve and feel confident in their bodies again. I believe the best outcomes come from understanding the why behind an injury and working together to create a plan that fits each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and interests. My approach is hands-on, individualized, and focused on helping patients become the best physical version of themselves, whether that means returning to sport or simply moving through daily life without pain.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find me playing pickleball, exploring new craft coffee shops, traveling the world with my partner, or catching up on the latest movies and TV shows.

Haley Holborn MDA, RDN
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Haley Holborn MDA, RDN
Registered Dietitian NutritionistHaley earned her Master of Dietetics Administration from Utah State University following the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University. She completed her dietetic internship encompassing more than 1,000 hours in various nutrition-focused settings including clinical outpatient, clinical inpatient, school food service, and community nutrition. She concluded her formal nutrition education by developing and implementing a nutrition program for firefighters at a station in San Diego.
Haley became passionate about nutrition through her experience with weight training, as she began a personal exploration into nutrition to help her achieve her physical goals. Learning more about nutrition helped her identify the importance of nutrition outside of weight training, as nutrition knowledge can help lead to overall health and wellness. She has since dedicated her career to sharing this knowledge with individuals to empower them to have more control over their health.
Weight training remains a vital part of Haley’s life outside of her career. She also enjoys playing pickleball, going camping, reading, and listening to a good podcast while she walks. Her favorite snack combination is sweet and salty with popcorn and an apple, alternating bites.
