Clinic Director, Doctor of Physical TherapyDr. Trevor Souik is a dedicated physical therapist who brings both passion and expertise to the RET Crossroads team. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Carroll University in 2017. Shortly after graduating, he relocated to Washington State, where he has spent his entire career committed to helping individuals optimize their physical performance and overall well-being.
With a broad background in treating diverse populations, Dr. Souik specializes in performance rehabilitation—helping patients recover from injury, prevent future limitations, and return to the activities they love. Whether working with athletes, weekend warriors, or those navigating everyday physical challenges, he takes a patient-centered approach rooted in evidence-based care.
Outside the clinic, Trevor enjoys an active lifestyle that includes semi-competitive weightlifting, hiking the beautiful trails of the Pacific Northwest, skiing, and traveling with his wife. He is passionate about movement, strength, and empowering others to become the best version of themselves.
Dr. Souik is excited to support the Bellevue community and looks forward to helping each patient achieve their personal goals and regain confidence in their movement.
