Clinic Director, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical TherapistsMeridith is the Clinic Director of our RET Woodinville clinic. She has been practicing for several years and is excited to be with RET Physical Therapy. Meridith is Board Certified in Orthopedics and is fellowship trained in Orthopedic in Manual Therapy. She enjoys treating patients with issues from any region of the body and loves to individualize her treatment to each patient.
As a former gymnast and dancer, Meridith particularly enjoys treating other performing athletes. She is a mom of 3, but won’t let that stop her from continuing to be an athlete herself and is continues to train as a black belt in Taekwondo. She also completed a ½ marathon a few years ago and still goes to gymnastics on occasion.
Outside of work and life as a mom, she enjoys spending time with her husband rooting for our Seattle Seahawks, Mariners, and Kraken.

Alexa earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville, TN. She is currently advancing her skills through an Orthopedic Residency program, where she continues to refine her clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment techniques.
Born and raised in Seattle, Alexa grew up playing volleyball, basketball, and soccer, which sparked her passion for movement and helping others stay active. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and conditions and is especially passionate about helping people return to the activities that matter most to them. Alexa values building strong relationships with her patients and creating individualized treatment plans that support both short- and long-term success.
Outside the clinic, she loves exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, traveling, and spending time outdoors with friends and family. A loyal Seattle sports fan, she’s always cheering on the Seahawks, Mariners, and Washington State Cougs.
Alexa is excited to be part of the RET team and looks forward to partnering with her patients to help them move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love.

Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand TherapistRobert completed his Bachelor of Health Science & Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio. He has exclusively worked in hand therapy since early 2017 & has earned the exclusive Certified Hand Therapist qualification in 2019, as well as Certified Lymphedema Therapist certification in 2020.
He worked in an outpatient hand therapy private practice setting in Ohio for 5+ years before starting travel therapy, which he has done for the past 3 years. This has taken him to Raleigh NC, San Diego CA, Seattle WA, Salem OR where he has worked with sports medicine physicians, physician associates, general orthopedic surgeons as well as fellowship trained hand surgeons. He has learned various skills & techniques from providers, hand therapy teams from across the country, healthcare leaders and medical practices. He has brought these advanced techniques with him to provide excellent patient centered care at RET Therapy in Woodinville, WA.
Roberts approach to treatment is a combination of manual techniques, functional activity, targeted exercise, patient education on current painful conditions, tissue healing timelines, & condition related anatomy. He takes a collaborative, team approach to address concerns related to patients’ quality of life, and creates goals to return them to their previous level of function prior to injury.
Outside of improving patients’ outcomes and quality of life, Robert enjoys salmon & fly fishing, hiking, backpacking, home improvement projects, skiing & enjoying the outdoors with his wife.

Registered Dietitian NutritionistEmily earned her Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Community Health at Western Oregon University.
Emily’s passion for nutrition grew from her own experience using food as medicine, which sparked a deep interest in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to practicing medical nutrition therapy, which uses evidence-based nutrition education and behavioral counseling to help prevent and manage a wide range of medical conditions. She identifies as a “non-diet” dietitian and focuses on helping people set individualized long lasting, realistic, and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle goals that fit into everyday life.
Outside of the clinic, Emily loves spending time on the trails running, hiking, or backpacking with her husband and their dogs. When she’s not outdoors, she can be found working at the coffee shop she co-owns in downtown Snohomish!

Throughout her career, Allison has collaborated closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, helping her develop a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to care.
Originally from Texas, Allison values hard work, community, and staying active. She is passionate about helping patients make meaningful progress and takes pride in supporting their return to greater independence and the activities they enjoy most. After beginning travel work, she quickly fell in love with Washington and its beautiful outdoor landscape.
