Brandi Eloff PT, DPT, OCS, COMT
Regional Director, Clinic Director, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, Certified Orthopedic Musculoskeletal TherapistBrandi completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University and her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Great Falls. She has also completed the Executive Program in Private Practice Management, is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), is a Certified Orthopedic Musculoskeletal Therapist (COMT) and is ASTYM Certified.
Brandi’s approach to treatment is a combination of manual techniques, functional exercise, and education to enhance outcomes. She has taken a variety of courses to advance her learning and skills, including those from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) as well as Mulligan, and enjoys incorporating those skills into her treatment plans. She actively works with her team members to address her patients’ concerns and goals, emphasizing open communication and active participation from all involved parties. Her goals are the same as her patients’– to return them to their active lifestyles prior to injury.
In her spare time, Brandi’s passion is running, which stems from her years of competing in collegiate cross country and track. She also enjoys snowboarding, hiking, rock climbing and wake surfing. She and her husband, Brandon, live in Lakeland Hills with their twin boys and two dogs who accompany them on their adventures.

Wellness DirectorPatryce was born and raised in Washington, with a temporary departure to Idaho for college at Lewis-Clark State College to study Kinesiology and Exercise Science. She continued her passion to spark change in people’s lives by attaining her Exercise Physiology certification through ACSM, as well becoming a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, complimented with a nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition.
Her goal is to empower each patient to take control of their own unique path to health and wellness to ensure the prevention and management of chronic disease and injury. Patryce believes that a healthy lifestyle and an individual’s quality of life is led by making small, mindful choices every day that produce larger and lifelong change.
In her time outside of work Patryce enjoys running, skiing, and mountaineering with her husband and two dogs.

Physical Therapist Assistant, Student Physical Therapist - Class of 2026 Certified Orthopedics SpecialistJessica graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, and received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2013. She enjoys working with a variety of patients, including post-op, concussive injuries, athletes, and pain management. Jessica has taken several manual therapy courses, including NAIOMT and ASTYM, and also graduated from Evidence in Motion’s PTA Specialty Certification in Orthopedics program in 2020.
In June 2024, Jessica will be starting her education to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Midwestern University.
Jessica has been a volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association since 2017, and also works as a Teaching Assistant with Evidence in Motion. In her spare time, you will find her on Big Thunder Mountain at Disneyland, cooking or watching True Crime documentaries with her husband, daughter and two dogs.

Cole believes that making small changes plus having an active lifestyle will translate to a much greater general quality of life and overall happiness.

Doctor of Physical TherapyMackenzie was born and raised in Puyallup Washington, staying local she completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at the University of Puget Sound. Following her undergraduate studies, Mackenzie spent approximately 2 years working at RET Lakeland Hills as an exercise technician prior to departing to Buies Creek, NC to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Campbell University. At Campbell, Mackenzie was exposed to a comprehensive approach to physical therapy that included understanding disease across the lifespan, the value of human connection, and integrating evidence-based practice into the care plan. At Campbell, community members were integrated into the curriculum and into the classroom at all levels including into courses such as pediatrics, musculoskeletal, vestibular, and neuro rehab. Here, and through her clinical rotations, Mackenzie has found a love for treating both the geriatric population as well as those with neurological impairments.
Mackenzie’s approach to care includes a combination of therapeutic exercise, manual intervention, and individually tailored treatment sessions in addition to active listening and open communication so she can “meet people where they are and take them to where they need to be.” Mackenzie hopes to become a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) following completion of the next year of clinical practice so that she can both further her education and serve her patients.
In her spare time Mackenzie enjoys a combination of being active and creative. Her interests include weight lifting, wake boarding, wake surfing, paddle boarding, and hiking in addition to teaching herself new skills like crocheting, creating wire art, and painting.

Doctor of Physical TherapyTanushree was born and raised in Mumbai, India, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Following her undergraduate studies, she gained valuable experience working in a hospital setting, where she assisted a wide range of neurological and orthopedic patients in their recovery. Her experience includes treating various neurological conditions such as spinal cord injuries (SCI), strokes, Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), and vestibular disorders, as well as musculoskeletal issues involving peripheral nerve injuries and cases related to the shoulder, knee, and neck. After a year of practice in India, Tanushree pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Loma Linda University in California. Her education there broadened her understanding of holistic patient care and how to integrate the latest research advancements into her practice. She is now a licensed physical therapist in both India and the US, with extensive experience in treating a diverse range of adult and adolescent patients in various neurological and orthopedic settings.
Tanushree is committed to helping her patients achieve their functional goals and return to their daily activities, thereby enhancing their quality of life. She has successfully managed numerous cases with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
Outside the professional setting, Tanushree enjoys dancing, singing, reading, traveling, practicing yoga and photography.
